How to implement a Google maps feature to your website

Have you ever wondered how to have a Google maps feature on your website but never got round to doing it?

Well today we are going to teach you exactly that! with a few simple steps you will be done and hopefully very happy with the results.

So lets get started…

Firstly you will need to go on to Google Maps and then input the address you would like to see being displayed. You should see something like the following:

Now we the right place on the map we now need to integrate the map to your site so on the right hand side of the map you can see the “Link” button, click that and then click customize and preview embedded map. A new window should now open and this is where you can customize the size, where you would like the speech bubble etc.

You will need to put all the sizes in of what you would like it to be and move the speech bubble as I have noticed on the default size the bubble isn’t within the box but it doesn’t matter it only takes seconds to move it over. Once you have customized the map and like it the way it is you will just need to copy the html in the box and paste it in to your selected area of the html page you would like it on.

And there you have it we have a fully working customized map for the selected address of what you would like.

Thank you for reading , I hope you understood it if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask one of our team at Website Facility.

  1. Excellent! Your site has a bunch comment posts. How did you get all of these viewers to see your site I’m envious! I’m still studying all about blogs on the internet. I’m going to view pages on your site to get a better understanding how to attract more people. Thanks for the help!

  2. Spot on with this write-up, I actually think this web site wants way more consideration. I’ll in all probability be again to learn way more, thanks for that info.
